We thank you for the co-creation of this interaction this day of your time. And
we will begin this transmission by reminding you that we have titled it 2015 to
2016 the years of expansion and contraction.

This
next window of Time on your planet is going to be one of high acceleration, but
also high manifestation in physical reality of whatever energy state you chose
to be in. You’re going to see many more ways, many different kinds of physical
expressions of the energy states that are reflective of the definitions and
belief systems you may be harboring within you. More and more and more will you
get this reflection physiologically, not only in your reflective physical
reality in terms of circumstances and events but also many times within the
bodies themselves. So that you can have a much faster way of telling yourself
and letting yourself know when you maybe either IN or OUT of alignment with the
frequency of your true being.

This is
nothing to be afraid of, its a way to create a barometer within yourself that
allows you an absolute certainty of knowing when you have diverted from the
path that you are, diverted from the frequency that you prefer in your lives
and gives you the opportunity to realign much more quickly, without wondering
whether you are IN or OUT of alignment. Your physical reality will become much
more reflective, much more responsive and reactive to these vibrations within
you now.

also told you that one of the barometers of contact is the relative position of
our ship above the area on your planet you call Sedona. In that we are aiding
and assisting in the balancing of the energy in that particular vortex, as it
is one of the major vortexes of your North American area. Just as many other
ships are helping to balance the energy of other vortex around your planet. I’ll
just put this way North America and specifically the center point of this
vortex in Sedona happens to be our turf.

last time we let you know exactly the position of our ship. The idea that
understand that as we get lower and lower and lower literally physically closer
our ship to the surface of your planet that act as a barometer to let you know
close you are getting to the idea of physical contact with our civilization and
other civilizations as well. Other ships are doing the same in other vortices
around your planet. The last time we spoke of this our ship for approximately 1700
of your miles above Sedona. Today it is 1000 miles.

this means in having arrived this particular location is that we are now going
to begin the process, that is common to these contact events to the first
contact experiences to help accelerate the process in a way that will give rise
to what we have just talked about in terms of the acceleration of your physical
realities ability to reflect to you and respond to your higher vibrational
energy.

the frequencies into the vortex in a very deliberate way. In pumping these
frequencies into the vortex of Sedona, it will spread out along energetic lines
throughout your entire North America area and off into some of the Oceanic
areas as well, depending on exactly where the connections need to go. It may
overlap with other vortexes here and there for a variety of reasons, but it
will be a network of energy that now is very distinctly contain the frequencies
of our reality and that of the Yahyel hybrid civilization.

means that we are going to crystallize and amplify and magnify very strongly
the idea of our energy in your reality and that means as it infuses itself into
your energetic field, the electro-magnetic field of your planet you are going
to experience it more strongly as coming upon the kind of energy at least for a
little bit, a little amount, a little prevail, a little hint of the kinds of
energy that are more amplified with that you will begin to experience by
actually coming into face to face contact with us or the Yahyel civilization.

physiological reflections of alignment or misalignment more and more concretely
in your reality.

to split in this two year window and become much farther apart. Be on the track
that is representative of the vibrational reality you really prefer, live the
life you really prefer, take action on your dreams in the way you really prefer
too, more and more because the tracks are getting wider and wider apart and you
with your own belief systems and your own preferences and your own energies are
going to know that it may be a little bit more difficult for you to switch
trains when the tracks are that far apart if you’re not on the train you wish
to be on.

encourage you to get moving and really start doing whatever you need to do as a
process to really dig deep and clear yourself out of all the definitions that
don’t work for you and really allow yourself to become transparent and clear
within yourself about who you truly are. Because your physical reality is
becoming, in a sense, more dreamlike as you also become more refined in your
energy and start matching the frequency of how you are creating the physical
reality. Then things in the physical reality can change and manifest much more
rapidly when you are coming together as a vibration and dropping the
differences in energy, between what you think physical reality to be and what
you think yourself to be. So you will be really experiencing the projection,
the dream of physical reality but it will always be reflective of whatever the
strongest vibration is that you will be giving off.

because of this particular shift in energy, shift in frequency, there can be a
few things we can now begin to reveal to you about the upcoming changes that we
sense in the energy patterns over the course of the next few years, as we have
already mentioned in the transmission ‘The fall of 2016 will be a moment where
everything will change’. ‘Everything will change’. Now, what does this mean?

follow from that particular threshold moment of the fall of 2016. However, as
we have ofen said, of course, there is really no such thing as a prediction of
‘The future’, because it is in flux, there are many probable realities. So what
we are about to say is representative of the sensing of the energy in your
collective consciousness and individual consciousness that exist right NOW, in
the present, that are beginning to build up such a strong momentum, such a
strong degree of probability energy behind them that they are unlikely to
divert and very probably may begin to manifest in your reality, and as we have
said come to a head in the Fall of 2016, or at the very least begin to plant
the seeds for things that will open up over the few years after that and you
will be able to see that when those things change, you will be able to trace it
back to the fall of 2016 and to see where the change began. So you will be
experiencing more immediate changes and some long term changes, but most of
them will be able to be traced back to their beginning in the fall of 2016.

Now let
us first again explain the idea that the expansion and contradiction will be
another way to begin to experience the positive and negative mechanical
realities, reminding you that positive is simply that which is: integrative,
collective, expansive and connective. The negative is mechanically segregative,
disconnective, contractive in that way. Therefore you will find, based on the
energy state that you prefer or are creating at that time, that your physical
reality will also begin to reflect the expansion and contraction in a variety
of ways. So if you are more and more in alignment with your true self you will
find circumstances, events, people, in your reality will really begin to expand
in a variety of magical ways.

have a dominate energy of negativity based on the negative definitions that you
maybe continue to buy into and that is your primary state of being then you
will find yourself being disconnected from a variety of things that your
reality will begin to close in, in a variety of ways that will not allow you to
know where opportunities lies, they will become invisible to you and you will
really need to work to clear yourself of those negative definitions before you
will be capable of reconnecting to things that you may have initially been
connected with.

again, on that note, in the upcoming couple of years, different things as we
read the energy now are building up certain degrees of momentum in certain
areas of your society.

one, As we have said, initially between your years of 2015 and 2017, and now
with the highest probability focal point, being some time around the fall of

are alone in some way. You will know for a fact that life is possible on other
Planets. It will not just be a conjecture, it will no longer just be a
speculation. Again I remind you, not to embellish this, we are simply saying
that you will discover that life exists in some form on another planet. It might
be a planet in your own solar system, it might be a discovery of something like
an amoeba, but you will know that it exists, you will know that ET life is
highly probable. That will begin to change the mindset of your entire reality
once you know that is a fact, to really accelerate the window of contact in the
years between 2025 and 2033. But this is one of the first things that will
occur is the discover of life in some fashion that exist on another world. The
probability fact of this in the window of 2015 and 2017 is: 98%.

will also begin to experience certain things happening within different
portions of the infrastructures of your society, because many of you are eager
to transform different societal aspects of your society in different ways you
will find some of this will also accelerate and one of the ways you may begin
to experience this sometime again around the fall of 2016 is the highest
probability, about 75% to 80% is you will have an abrupt change in your
economic situation. You may experience what you call a great economic downturn
in wat you call your financial structures once again.

the positive side to this is it will create a different mindset in the idea of
economics, that will begin with a very strong upsurge from a large contingent in
your society and particular in your particular in your North America culture,
where is will be OK to finally explore different ways of arranging your
economic system. It will not change all at once, but one of the first things
that will happen after this particular contraction of your economic system in
that time frame will be the complete revamping your taxation system, to allow
your society to re-balance itself and get back on its feet. And this will cause
a directional surge that will be able to move its way like a wave of energy through
your economic system that will have incredible repercussions in the following
year.

by your year 2020 you will find that many things in the economic systems that
no longer work for you will fall away, and that new systems will begin to be discussed
and put in place in the beginning of that time frame, so that by your years;
2025-2030 you will have revamped your economic financial system in a way that
will allow you to function far more easily in your planetary global system. This
again has a factor going towards the year of 2020 of about 87% to 95% beginning
with this contraction in your economic system somewhere around the fall of
2016.

new completely historic event in the idea of your political system.

will finally allow yourselves to have the very first hints and indications of
something that can really be practical and effective on our planet as an
alternative energy system that can be mass produced and allow for the
beginnings of understanding of tapping into free energy. It will be an infant
presentation at first but will mature very rapidly, over the course of 10 years
following 2020-2025.

relatively devastating terrorist action. This will turn things around in a
variety of ways or at least begin too. In the same tone of the contraction
energy, you will also find that something between now and 2020, there is a
very, very high degree of likelihood, stretching to almost to 100% just shy of
it that you will also have what you would call another nuclear meltdown.

really begin to investigate in all seriousness the idea that we must start
walking down new paths and start to pull together in ways that will allow you
in working together to come up with things much more rapidly than you heretofore
may believe you were capable of. It will usher in a new age sometime around
2020, similar to the idea of what you call your ‘space race’ in the 1960s,
where you know in only one decade you went from absolutely having no space
travel capability at all to landing on your Moon. And yes, you did on the moon.
Just to clear that up.

together you will find that you will be capable of having abilities and
adventures far beyond what you thought your societies were capable of because
you will finally be focusing of using yourself in a way that uses your
resources in a co-ordinated way, in the way you did back then and when you do
that you are capable of almost anything.

understanding of disclosure of our existence, and open contact beginning in
earnest, where most people of your planet will be well aware that beings from
other civilizations are now in contact with your civilization by the ending of
that window. And from there moving forward, so that by your year of 2050, you
will be entering as a member on your initiate level into The Interstellar Alliance.
And from that point forward learning about the idea of your connection to the
stars, learning your true histories, learning where you are going, and being
able to aid and assist other civilizations on their journeys from that point
forward.

next 50 of your years you will also experience the rising of some degree of
your oceanic levels as more of the ice on your planet begins to melt, but
eventually you will find that this will tip the scales in a certain way that
will begin to reverse the process, so that somewhere around your year of 2050,
when the oceanic levels are at their relative highest point, which on average
will be about another 30 to 50 feet ( 9M to 15M) higher than they are now, you
will find that they begin to reverse and the temperatures will begin to drop
and you will actually start to enter a minor ice age, it doesn’t mean that
everything will freeze everywhere, but temperatures will begin to come down
again. Some areas now that maybe relatively temperate will become a little bit
cooler, a little bit cooler.

will occur over the next 50 years. And into that time, rather than taking a few
hundred years, as it might otherwise normally have done in a natural cycle. But
that’s alright, you will get through it. There will definitely be things you
will have to change, many of your coastal cities will no longer be capable of
supporting individuals as they go under water, but you will work this out over
time.

usher in the idea of new Golden age, a new Atlantean age, wherein you can
really begin to accelerate in your progression in this way.

your years and you will find many of you are far more capable of reflecting
back all the things we have been reminding you of, that you already know. So we
will call upon that knowledge and we will invite you into many more kinds of
interactive kinds of experiences to begin the the process of getting use to the
idea of interacting with the new vortex energy that will be, being infused into
the energy sphere of your World. So that you can practice really standing no
